Shipping Policy

Our preferred carrier is UPS Ground. All orders will ship within 2 business days from receipt of order.

Expedited Shipping

For two day delivery, add $15.00 to your order. Orders must be placed by 10 a.m CST for two day delivery.

International Orders

We will be happy to research the best price for you and email you with a quote.

Return Policy

Our goal at Whomi is to make your life easier. So it is important that our products work for you. We design them, inspect them and ship them with that goal in mind. If for any reason they do not meet your standards, you should feel free to send them back to us for a replacement or a refund.

To return your product for a refund, replacement or exchange, just contact our Customer Service Department by e-mail or phone (866)963-6203 to discuss your return.

If your product or shipping packaging is damaged, please do not discard it until you have received a Return Authorization Number or instructions on how to handle your return. If you discard either of these we will be unable to process your request. Important: Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We suggest you insure your return shipment. We are not responsible for items which incur damages during return shipping or which we do not receive.

Please note: To receive credit for your return you must be within the 30-day return period and all original packaging and instructions must be included. We do not credit or refund orders received outside of the return period and we do not pay or credit return shipping fees.
